Both the Recto & Verso web app and the Recto & Verso Mac app perform all work — merging, splitting, organizing, signing, filling forms, converting images, compressing, watermarking, and text recognition (OCR) — locally on your device. Your documents are never uploaded to us or to any server.
We do not collect, log, or have access to your files, their contents, or any information about how you use the app. There is nothing for us to see, sell, or lose.
Recto & Verso does not require an account and does not ask for personal information. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking technologies, and we do not share any information with third parties.
The Recto & Verso Mac app makes no network connections to us. All processing happens on your Mac, whether or not you are connected to the internet.
Recto & Verso does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
